Our initial experience of Trusted Energy was when we involved them to help resolve disputes with our power and gas suppliers as a result of a change of tenancy. The dispute had arisen as a result of the failure on the part of the previous occupiers who had failed to pay their bills resulting in removal of both electricity and gas meters.

We were so impressed by Suhan’s approach and expertise that we then appointed them to manage our utility contract procurement for all our units. In this sector, people make many promises but deliver very little. Suhan is ‘different’ and we have been very happy with the advice and service we have received. Periodic benchmarks have confirmed that they are also providing us with very competitive prices. It has been re-assuring to know that we could rely on Trusted Energy to manage our utilities affairs.

I have known Suhan for over 7 years and I was delighted when he started Trusted Energy to rub some of his IBM culture on this tarnished sector. Suhan is much more than just a consultant and broker. He goes above and beyond his remit and will visit sites to take meter readings, liaise with suppliers on all matters, whether it is back dated contracts, meter upgrades, quotations for new supply installations or general account queries. He also deals direct with me or my staff and will query and analyse all bills.

On renewals, Suhan will come fully prepared with a full analysis of the market and will always advise of his thoughts. Sustainability is key for our business so he will come up with the best rates coupled with favourable contract terms.
